Phase 1

Your comprehensive SEO strategy will also include (but is not limited to) keyword research, data analytics and metrics monitoring, content planning, blogging, image optimization, backlinks and referral traffic, and more.
Phase 2
Implementation
Now that we have a personalized SEO strategy mapped out for your Squarespace website, it’s time for Charlotte to get to work.
This is when the Squarespace SEO and website updates happen!
Note: We do not work directly on the live pages of your website - instead, we use draft/disabled pages to create new content or make edits to existing content without affecting the live website. This ensures that there’s nothing funky going on for people who are visiting your website in real time during the implementation process.
All you have to do during this phase is sit back and relax, Charlotte will take care of everything else.
Phase 3
Revisions and Launch
You’ll review the completed work, cross-referencing everything to your personalized Squarespace SEO & website upgrades project plan.
We’ll make any required final revisions and then it’s time to push the Squarespace SEO and website updates live!
The project wraps up with a final hand-off and training. You’ll know how to monitor your progress and track how the SEO efforts are paying off - we’ll focus on data and analytics, keyword ranking, content performance/top pages & blog posts, evaluating referral traffic and inbound/backlinks, and more.

We are not able to guarantee a certain ranking or position in organic Google search results.
While Charlotte has ranked MANY clients at #1 and on Page 1 at the top of Google search results, it’s not something we can guarantee.
We can do everything in our power to set your Squarespace website up correctly for best SEO, but ultimately we can’t force Google to give you the #1 spot.

Some of our clients see improvements to their Squarespace SEO in a matter of days, but for other clients it could take a few weeks or even months.
This depends on many factors including keyword difficulty, site indexing, new or updated website content, etc.

The “money makers” is an affectionate term that refers to certain pages on your Squarespace website that are more directly tied to revenue and business development than others.
This includes:
Home Page
Services page(s) or Work with Me page(s)
Product Page(s)
Portfolio Page(s)
Sales Page(s)
The goal of these pages is usually tied to:
Booked services
Product sales
Event ticket sales
Inquiries or discovery calls that lead to sales/booked services
Showcase current or past work
We emphasize these money maker pages in the Squarespace SEO project because frankly, they are more “valuable” than other pages on your website.
We want to use SEO to get your ideal client/customer and target audience on these pages because then we are driving traffic to places that you can actually make moneyyyyyy.

We cannot guarantee that your website will show up in the AI overview at the top of online search results.
However, we have been able to get MANY of our clients to show up in that AI overview!
We will do everything possible to set up your Squarespace website in a way that it will show up in the AI overview blurb but ultimately it’s up to Google.

It depends on the project and workload but usually anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks.
The more responsive you are as a client, the quicker the project moves through the various phases :)
Remember that each Squarespace SEO & website projects is fully customized to suit YOUR needs, and that will impact how long the project takes from start to finish.

All our projects are completed remotely, i.e virtually and online. Any meetings will be done over Zoom.
We do not meet with clients in-person.

Charlotte likes to keep things clean and uncluttered, and on the minimal side, regardless of style.
We will work with your existing brand style, of course, but always prefer a simple design whenever possible.

Generally speaking, basic projects start at $1550 USD and go up from there.
