Here's how we'll build your site:
Kickoff
We'll meet and talk about your business, goals and what you're looking for from the finished website. You'll fill out a fun and helpful questionnaire and we'll make sure we have the styling figured out and are on the same page.
Build
Sit back, relax and let me take care of the site build and technical heavy lifting! I'll cover all aspects of design, layout, functionality, integrations, SEO - the works.
Revision
Maybe it's love at first sight or maybe it takes a few tweaks before you're head over heels. You'll take a peek at the site and we'll go over any revisions and edits needed to make sure you're thrilled with the finished product.
Launch
On the final day of our project, you'll get a recorded, private Squarespace lesson and personalized walk-through of your new site. You'll go forth with the confidence to update and tweak your site as needed. Then it's time to launch and celebrate!

FAQs
What platform do you build your websites on?
I specialize in Squarespace websites.
How long does this take?
The actual website design is only 2 weeks, or 10 business days. I book projects in advance to secure your spot in my calendar and give you enough time to complete the Client Questionnaire and pre-project information.
What's included with the finished website?
You will get complete ownership of a fully responsive custom Squarespace website as well as a 1 hour training session. If you decide to go for the website + branded package, you'll also get the release of all graphic files.
What do I need to have ready before I start?
Before we can start, you'll need to have all of your website content (think: content, images, videos, etc.) ready to go. You will also complete the Client Questionnaire prior to our kickoff meeting. Finally, you will need to have paid the 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in Charlotte's calendar.
How many website pages are included?
10 pages. This typically includes the home page, about page, services page, contact page, blog page, and 5 other pages. For an additional fee, you can definitely include extra pages.
Is a logo included?
A primary and alternate logo are included in the website + branded package. It is not included in the website only package.
Do I need to purchase a domain ahead of time?
I recommend that you purchase your domain from a third-party provider (e.g., Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.) and I will redirect it to Squarespace, or you can also purchase your domain directly through Squarespace.
Do you do e-commerce?
Yes! For an additional fee, I use the Squarespace platform for shopping carts and e-commerce development. I will develop the structure of the shop and complete up to 4 full products. Any remaining products can be added either for an additional fee or I can teach you how to add them yourself. Please get in touch to discuss the Squarespace's e-commerce capabilities and your specific needs.
Do you offer ongoing support when the website is live and the project wraps up?
Yes! I love working with past clients after their website is live. Depending on what you have in mind, I'll charge you a project or hourly rate.
