After an unplanned multi-month content hiatus, I am thrilled to be back here, posting regularly on the blog & my Youtube channel again.

New year, fresh start all around :)

As such, I thought it would be fun to kick things off with a look at my 2022 goals!

We’re talking business goals, personal goals, health & wellness goals, financial goals, and so much more!

Note: I’m very aware that you probably follow me for all the Squarespace SEO content that I put out and I promise it’s coming in HOT! But first, I wanted to get my feet wet with a “fun” video. So yeah, all the good tech stuff is coming, just sit tight :)

Alright, let’s dive right in and look at my goals and what I’ve got planned for 2022!

Health & Wellness Goals

Get blood health back to “normal” *my #1 priority of 2022
12k steps daily
Daily movement (pilates, yoga, hiking, swimming, fitness classes, beach volleyball, snowshoeing, biking around town, etc - literally does not matter, just move your body!!!)
Dip more days than not between May - September
Read 10 pages of a book each day
Meditation retreat - Vipassana?

Lifestyle Goals

Trip to Toronto to see friends & family
Multi-day hike (West Coast Trail, Juan de Fuca Trail, Sunshine Coast Trail, North Coast Trail, Canadian Rockies, etc.)
Make time for non-work related hobbies that don’t include a screen - sign up for a pottery class, a gardening workshop, Pilates membership, run club, etc.
Decorate apartment - actually make an effort with interior design & personal style
Shop more sustainably

Financial Goals

Max out TFSA ($6000)
Retirement contributions
Start investing in Crypto with “fun” money
Read 6 personal finance & money mindset books
Save up for laser eye surgery ($5,000)
Invest in myself
